While the sun dipped low, casting golden hues across the Cathedral's towering façade, I immersed myself in Professor John Weidman’s research seminar on the sixth floor. My mind danced with ideas while my son and daughter chased a soccer ball on the field below, laughter and the sound of cleats echoing through the air. Once class concluded, I made my way downstairs, meeting my kids with a smile. Together, we strolled along North Craig Street toward our apartment, the weight of knowledge mingling with the joy of the afternoon. As we walked, we spoke of dreams and aspirations. I told them how the Cathedral’s grandeur inspired me to think big and stand tall. They nodded, eyes sparkling with ambition, already envisioning their own journeys ahead. In that moment, the connection between our worlds felt limitless, a testament to both the power of learning and the bonds of family.
