My dad graduated from Pitt in 1943 with a degree in electrical engineering. He went to work for Westinghouse and used to talk about the lightning studies they did from the very top of the Cathedral. That work was important for future projects. I also went to Pitt and got my MBA in 1986. I spent a lot of time in the Cathedral—studying and touring the nationality rooms. H2P.
