I was the first one in my immediate family to actually go to college. I remember walking through the Cathedral of Learning for the first time feeling absolutely awestruck by the place. I was so proud to go to school at Pitt! I love the study area on the first floor and all of the very special classrooms set up to honor different nationalities. Going to the very top floor to look out over Oakland was also really special. My time at the University of Pittsburgh was unforgettable and when I return to Pittsburgh for a visit, I always want to walk through the doors of the Cathedral just to get that feeling of specialness all over again.
